RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal and return. This means you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to submit a return request.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact our customer service at hello@soonicesunnies.com without delay if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and promptly find a solution.
In the event of a complaint, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the defective item for quality assurance purposes.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
You may exercise your 30-day right of withdrawal and return your order for a return shipping fee of EUR 5,-.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@soonicesunnies.com, and we will provide you with a return label.

Please ensure the following conditions are met for a return:

  • The product is new and unused.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged original packaging.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-made products, such as bespoke or personalised items, are excluded from exchange or return.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, the refund - minus the return shipping fee - will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
