Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on working days and dispatched immediately. Our standard shipping takes 2 to 4 working days within Austria and Germany, 4 to 6 working days within the EU, and 8 to 10 working days outside the EU.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austria. You will automatically receive a tracking notification via email. Please check your spam folder if necessary.

For orders within the EU, all additional fees such as VAT, other taxes, and customs duties are included in the stated price. For orders outside the EU, all prices are listed excluding VAT, other taxes, and customs duties. The price also does not cover the costs of physical customs inspections in countries where these are required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
